All products are shipped out from one of the Action Speed Shop shipping locations. Action Speed Shop drop ships some products and direct ships others. All products are shipped UPS or USPS signed delivery. Special arrangements may be necessary for out of country orders and oversize packages. All shipping prices on the site are for the continental USA and will be adjusted for your location. Tracking numbers can be received by emailing track.order@actionspeedshop.com. 

In the event a product arrives damaged to your location, please follow the steps listed below. If these steps are not followed, your shipment may not be a candidate for the insurance claim. 

Take pictures of the damaged area of the product and email them to us at information@actionspeedshop.com.
Keep the product and its' original packaging Make a list of the damaged or lost item(s).
The shipping rates shown at time of checkout are estimations based on the information given at the time of purchase.
Actual shipping cost may vary from weights, package size, rate increases and fuel surcharges.
Customers will be billed for actual shipping costs.
If there is an error in the shipping rate quoted we will contact you and let you know of the changes.
International orders (Outside the USA) are not automatically processed as we may require additional information from you.
All shipment will be sent by the most cost effective method.
All freight costs are the responsibility of the customer.
